Privacy Policy
TimeTrack helps film and television crew record production days, calculate earnings and prepare reports. This policy explains the information used to operate the service.
Information you provide
TimeTrack stores account details such as your name, email address, role and optional phone number; production settings; workday times, locations, notes and expenses; and equipment details you choose to save. This information is linked to your TimeTrack account so it can sync across your devices.
Authentication and service providers
Authentication is provided through Firebase Authentication using Google or Apple sign-in. Synced application data is stored using Google Firebase. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe and iOS subscriptions by Apple. TimeTrack does not receive complete card details from Apple or Stripe.
How information is used
Information is used to provide synchronization, calculate workday and report totals, manage subscription access, maintain security, respond to support requests and improve reliability. TimeTrack does not sell personal information or use production records for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Your information remains available while your account is active. You can export a portable copy from Data & Sync and initiate permanent account deletion in the same section. Limited billing event records may be retained without your TimeTrack user identifier where required for security, fraud prevention, tax or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can change profile and production information in the app, export your data, control the local earnings-privacy setting, cancel subscriptions through the provider that billed you, and delete your account.
Security and international processing
TimeTrack uses authenticated access controls and encrypted network connections. Service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom under their applicable safeguards.
