TimeTrack is operated by ARTIS GEAR LTD, company number 16158955. For a problem with capture, reports, synchronization, account access or billing, contact support and include the platform, app version and what happened.
Contact support
Do not include passwords, complete payment-card details, private production documents or other sensitive information.
Billing
App Store subscriptions are managed in Apple ID subscription settings. Web subscriptions are managed from Account & Settings → Plan & Billing.
Data and account deletion
Open Account & Settings → Data & Sync to export your data or permanently delete your account.
